About Us Indian Jeweller is India’s leading platform in the Gems & Jewellery sector, combining print, digital, and on-ground presence. We curate premium B2B media solutions and special campaigns across print magazines, digital promotions, and industry events. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing professional to join our media sales team. This is a pre-sales and client coordination role , ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, understanding brand needs, and offering impactful media solutions. You’ll be the bridge between client interest and successful campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities Engage with incoming leads and client inquiries; qualify requirements. Present media packages (print/digital/combo) using structured pitch decks. Explain pricing, placements, campaign deliverables, and expected ROI. Address initial queries or objections; build rapport and client confidence. Coordinate handover to sales/CRM team with detailed client briefs. Maintain client interaction logs, call reports, and lead status on CRM tools/Excel. Support in developing/updating proposal decks, media kits, and campaign templates. Liaise with internal teams (design/editorial/events) to collect assets and pitch material. Follow up at key stages to nurture leads and improve conversion. Requirements 2–3 years’ experience in pre-sales, client coordination, or B2B service sales. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related fields. Experience in media, advertising, publishing, or brand solutions preferred. Key Skills Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi) Strong client handling and relationship-building skills Confident presenter with solution-oriented thinking Organized, process-driven, and proactive in follow-ups Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Email etiquette Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems Why Join Us?
