Summary:As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. Engage in strategic decision-making and client interactions to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the development of win strategies for deals.- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure successful outcomes.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform deal strategies.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
