Job Description

As a Sales Capture Practitioner, your main responsibility will be to shape, sell, and close deals involving single or multiple services. You will guide the deal process from start to finish, developing win strategies, negotiation plans, and close strategies to ensure successful outcomes. In this role, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with and lead a team to make critical decisions. You will engage with various teams, provide solutions that benefit multiple groups, and conduct training sessions to improve team capabilities and knowledge sharing. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities will be essential to inform strategic decisions. Key Professional & Technical Skills required for this role include proficiency in Sales Enablement, strong communication skills, the ability to analyze sales data for performance enhancements, experience in developing sales strategies aligned with business objectives, and familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Enablement and hold a 15 years full-time education qualification. This position is based at our Pune office.,
