Sales & Business Relationship Development Executive - Pune

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Relationship Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client partnerships, and building long-term strategic relationships. The role involves proactive sales, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
• Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to provide customized solutions.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and relationship development efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & relationship development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred).
• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn networking, and digital sales platforms.
