B2B Telesales Executive (Remote) — LinkedIn / Phone / Email / WhatsApp

Role Summary: Generate and qualify B2B leads via multi-channel outreach, book demos, and close small/medium deals while keeping CRM data clean—fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & qualify decision-makers through LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator), cold calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Run daily outreach sequences and personalized follow-ups to convert MQLs → SQLs.
• Book demos/meetings and support proposals/quotations; negotiate to close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho or similar) and share weekly reports.
• Hit/exceed monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in B2B telesales/inside sales with target achievement.
• Excellent English—clear phone presence and persuasive writing.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email tools, VoIP dialers, and CRMs.
• Strong cold-calling, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Remote-ready: self-managed, reliable internet, comfortable with async tools (Slack/Zoom).
• No GCC experience required. Time-zone overlap with UAE/GST is a plus.

Compensation

• Competitive base + commission + performance incentives.
