Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with new inquiries and guide them through the admission process for our live training batches and project support services targeting PhD scholars and working professionals in India and globally.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by collaborating with universities, organizations, and industry partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through email, WhatsApp, calls, and online meetings.
  • Actively expand our business by exploring partnership opportunities and building a strong professional network.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects, deliver detailed information, and address their training/project needs promptly and professionally.
  • Support the company growth by identifying market trends, sharing feedback, and suggesting new service ideas.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and admissions in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Help enhance our reputation through trustworthy advice, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and upholding strong ethical standards.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Sales, or Management) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of global languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or education consulting (preferred).
  • Comfort with multi-channel client communication (email, WhatsApp, phone) and CRM management.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, results-oriented, and driven to help clients and grow the business.
