What You Will Do:

Handle daily inquiries related to enrollments in our training programs via WhatsApp, email, and phone (including both national and international prospects)
Communicate proactively with each inquiry to provide guidance, answer questions, and support prospects through the entire enrollment/admission process
Build trust and relationships to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment
Keep accurate records and follow up with prospects as needed
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and successfully perform all aspects of the role

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)

Skills

Strong English speaking and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities
Computer proficiency (email, messaging platforms, data entry)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and phone for national and international communication
Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
