What You Will Do:

• Handle daily inquiries related to enrollments in our training programs via WhatsApp, email, and phone (including both national and international prospects)
• Communicate proactively with each inquiry to provide guidance, answer questions, and support prospects through the entire enrollment/admission process
• Build trust and relationships to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment
• Keep accurate records and follow up with prospects as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and successfully perform all aspects of the role

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)

Skills

• Strong English speaking and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities
• Computer proficiency (email, messaging platforms, data entry)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and phone for national and international communication
• Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
