About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team in Karunagappally. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting suitable academic programs, assist with admissions, and provide ongoing academic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic programs, course selection, and career pathways.
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Support the admissions process and follow up with potential students.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA (Regular Degree – from a recognized university).
• Language Skills: Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel and motivate students effectively.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or related roles preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.

Location

• Karunagappally, Kerala (candidates from nearby areas preferred).
