Sales Business Development Manager

As a Sales Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales growth and achieving targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results - Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products - Planning to ensure the achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies - Managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met - Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them - Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics - Providing a daily report of field sales success and communicating VOC data to superiors Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduation, preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Sales/Marketing - 5+ years of experience in B2B/Facility management - Possession of a two-wheeler is a must. Fuel and maintenance of the vehicle will be extra as per company policy Joining preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days. This job involves direct meetings with 3 to 4 clients daily and requires traveling within the allocated territory to achieve allocated targets on a monthly basis.,
