Sales & Business Development Manager

You will lead and manage a team of sales employees to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and providing them with tailored property solutions. In addition, you will coordinate with developers and project teams for the latest updates on available properties. Market analysis to identify potential business opportunities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ensuring that your team is well-informed about new projects, investment trends, and sales strategies is crucial. Monitoring and tracking sales progress to ensure timely closure of deals will be part of your daily tasks. Your role will also involve developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Regular reporting on sales performance to senior management will be expected from you. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar role in a brokerage firm. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are required. A thorough understanding of the real estate market, preferably in the locality of Gurgaon, is important. Experience in working with luxury, commercial, or residential properties will be advantageous. Candidates should be open for 06 days working with Tuesday off.
