Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development Intern, your role will involve conducting cold calls to potential clients, supporting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing teams for campaign execution. You will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining CRM records. Your innovative ideas to drive business growth and client relationships will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company offerings and generate qualified leads. - Support the sales team in identifying and converting new business opportunities. - Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and target customer segments. - Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communication. - Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and lead tracking sheets. - Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing. - Contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth and client relationships. Qualification Required: - MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (current or recently completed). - Strong academic record. - Prior experience or exposure to cold calling / telesales is mandatory. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world sales and business development operations. You will also receive mentorship from senior business leaders and have the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
