Exp: 0-1 Year. Age: Below 25 years

As a Business Intern, you are expected to call and connect with prospective list of customers data and generate leads by providing information on offered products & services. Make outbound calls. Candidate must be energetic, persuasive with good communication and convincing skills. Any prior experience in Tele Calling or Telesales with Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate and other related industries would be an added advantage.

Fresh / Final Year graduates keen to pursue sales as a career are welcome to explore this opportunity.

Job Description:

· To do outbound calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.

· Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective customers.

· Cold calling, Counselling, Emailing, scheduling the meetings with prospects.

· Guide, counsel and provide information on career development programs.

· Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.

Desired Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.

· Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.

· Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.

· Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.

Candidates who excels during internship will be considered for Business Development Associate Role upon completion of Internship on regular employment.

Career Path: Intern > Business Development Associate > Team Leader

Note: During Internship a fixed stipend with be awarded.
