Sales & Business Development Executive

Experience: 1–4 years in Field Sales (Experience in Security, Tech, or Corporate Services preferred).

To drive revenue and establish a strong presence for Chercheur Investigators in the Karnataka market. You will target IT giants, startups, and high-net-worth individuals for corporate and personal investigation services.

• Key Responsibilities

IT & Corporate Sales: Pitch "Pre-employment Screening" and "Intellectual Property Theft" investigations to HR heads in tech hubs like Whitefield and Electronic City.

Legal Networking: Coordinate with law firms near Vidhana Soudha and MG Road for litigation support and background checks.

Academy Enrollment: Drive admissions for the Chercheur Detective Academy by targeting universities and career centers in Bangalore and Mysore.

• Lead Conversion: Handle incoming leads for the Karnataka region and conduct face-to-face meetings to close high-value contracts.
• Market Expansion: Assist in scouting for local partners and potential branch locations as we grow within the state.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Kannada and English are mandatory. Fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage for the cosmopolitan Bangalore crowd.
• * Commute: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid license. Knowledge of Bangalore's shortcuts to avoid traffic is a major plus.

• * Communication: Ability to present technical spy gadgets and investigative processes professionally to corporate boards.
• Compensation (Bangalore Standard)
• * Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹42,000 per month (depending on experience).
• * Allowances: Fuel, Mobile, and Internet reimbursement.
• * Incentives: Performance-based commissions for every successful contract and academy admission
