Sales & Business Development Executive

To drive revenue growth by securing high-value corporate contracts and individual investigation cases across Mumbai. You will be the primary link between Chercheur Investigators and Mumbai’s corporate, legal, and political sectors.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​B2B Corporate Sales: Target HR heads and CEOs in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) and Nariman Point for Employee Background Verification and Corporate Due Diligence.
• ​Legal Networking: Build relationships with top Law Firms in Fort and South Mumbai to offer litigation support and evidence-gathering services.
• ​Political Intelligence Leads: Identify and approach political consultants or candidates in Mumbai suburbs for our specialized "Political Intelligence" wing.
• ​Academy Enrollment: Drive admissions for the Chercheur Detective Academy by partnering with career counselors and educational institutions.
• ​On-Ground Lead Generation: Actively scout for new business opportunities in industrial hubs like Andheri East and Lower Parel.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Experience: 1–4 years in Field Sales (Experience in Security Services, Insurance, or High-end Real Estate is preferred).
• ​Language Skills: Full fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. (Ability to speak Gujarati is a major advantage for the Mumbai business community).
• ​Commute: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid license. Must be comfortable using the Mumbai Local Train network for faster travel during peak hours.
• ​Street Smarts: Ability to enter corporate offices and negotiate with high-level decision-makers.
• ​Tech Savvy: Ability to demonstrate our "Advanced Spy Technology" gadgets to potential corporate clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
