Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing domestic and international customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads; proactively approach potential new clients in targeted markets.
  • Engage with distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers to expand the companys customer base.
  • Monitor price trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Track sales performance and contribute insights to improve revenue and market share.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports and documentation for internal review and planning.
  • Assist with technical documentation required for product registration and export approvals in overseas markets.
  • Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely dispatch of goods and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory and delivery schedules.
  • Represent Dolphin International at industry events, trade shows and business forums to build brand visibility and generate new leads.

Experience & Education

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing; pharmaceutical industry or related chemical/raw material sectors preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.

Core Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Business Acumen

  • Ability to conduct effective market research and analyze data to support sales planning.
  • Result-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, trade shows and business expansion initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
