Job Title: Sales Field Executive (Business Development)

Location: Pune (Field-based - Delhi, NCR and also Cover Chandigarh and Jaipur)

Reporting to: Director / Sales Manager

Role Objective

To identify and meet potential B2B clients (Corporates, Law Firms, Real Estate Developers) and B2C clients to promote investigative services and the Chercheur Detective Academy. This is a high-impact role requiring travel across the city.

Key Responsibilities

* Corporate Tie-ups: Visit HR departments and companies to sell "Employee Background Verification" and "Corporate Espionage Protection" services.

* Legal Networking: Meet with advocates and law firms to offer "Litigation Support" and "Evidence Gathering" services.

* Academy Admissions: Visit colleges or career fairs to promote the "Elite Intelligence Training Program" for the Academy.

* Lead Generation: Convert the leads provided by the Telecalling team into face-to-face meetings and closed deals.

* Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitors and identify new areas in Pune (and upcoming Tier 1 cities) where investigation services are needed.

* Reporting: Maintain a daily "Field Visit Report" (FVR) and update the status of every meeting.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Language: Must be highly fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. (Marathi is critical for local networking).

* Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales (Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Security services is a major advantage).

* Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.

* Personality: Sharp, well-dressed, and highly confident. Must be able to maintain a "poker face" and handle high-profile clients.

* Education: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing is a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
