Sales & Business Development Executive

To drive business growth and establish a strong market presence for Chercheur Investigators in Kolkata and the wider West Bengal region. You will be responsible for securing corporate contracts, building legal partnerships, and driving enrollments for the Chercheur Detective Academy.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Corporate IT Sales: Pitch "Employee Background Verification" and "Data Security Audits" to HR and Security heads in the IT hubs of Salt Lake Sector V (700091) and New Town.
• ​Legal Networking: Build relationships with top advocates and law firms near BBD Bagh (700001) for litigation support and evidence-gathering services.
• ​Premium Client Management: Discreetly handle inquiries for personal and matrimonial investigations from high-profile areas like Alipore (700027) and Park Street (700016).
• ​Academy Admissions: Promote the Elite Intelligence Training Program to students and professionals looking for specialized investigative careers in West Bengal.
• ​Lead Conversion: Handle all incoming local leads, conducting face-to-face meetings to explain our agency's technical capabilities and investigative processes.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Languages: Full fluency in Bengali and English is mandatory. Fluency in Hindi is a significant advantage for interacting with the city's diverse business communities.
• ​Experience: 1–4 years in Field Sales (Experience in Security, Insurance, or Financial Services is preferred).
• ​Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid license. Expert knowledge of the Kolkata Metro and city shortcuts is essential to navigate heavy traffic.
• ​Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain a professional "executive" presence with high-net-worth individuals and corporate boards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
