Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential business clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Client Acquisition: Present products/services, explain value propositions, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase retention and sales.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or sales tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field; BBA/MBA is preferable.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
  • Ability to research, identify, and approach new business leads independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or MS Office is a plus.
  • Professional attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
