The Sales Associate will handle daily sales operations, interact with customers to address queries and provide product recommendations, and manage billing with accuracy. They will also maintain inventory levels, assist in organizing stock displays, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Sales techniques, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to identify customer needs Experience in inventory management and organizational abilities Basic knowledge of computer operations, billing processes, and proficiency in relevant software Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in retail or FMCG is advantageous but not mandatory Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
