We don’t just run ads — we build growth engines. From funnel strategy to precise audience targeting and high-converting creatives, we manage everything that drives measurable ROI. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 As an Ad Strategist + Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta & Google. You’ll work closely with the creative and strategy team to deliver impactful results for our travel clients. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Plan & execute end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google) Build TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goals Execute audience segmentation: interest-based, custom, and lookalikes Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC and optimize daily Collaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives & angles Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & actions Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and attribution 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM) Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis Strong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formats Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 Working Days: Monday to Saturday Saturday: Half Day Timings: Flexible, outcome-driven (as long as deliverables are met) Compensation: ₹30,000/month (fixed) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗲𝘁 Manage high-budget campaigns for travel brands (₹2L–₹20L+ spends) Exposure to advanced funnel building & tracking setups Work directly with founders & 9-figure ad spend strategists Clear KPIs, fast learning, and career growth opportunities
