We’re Hiring: Sales Associate – Click & Scale

Click & Scale helps Travel brands scale using performance marketing — and now we’re expanding our Sales Team.

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who’s confident, sharp, and great at building conversations that convert into revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound + outbound sales calls
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements
• Pitch Click & Scale’s services with clarity and confidence
• Follow-up with prospects and maintain a warm pipeline
• Work closely with the founders to close deals
• Maintain CRM notes, call logs, and monthly sales reports
• Assist in refining pitch decks, proposals, and sales scripts

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–2 years of experience in sales (agency experience = bonus)
• Are comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs & decision-makers
• Understand basic digital marketing terms (CPL, ROAS, funnel, etc.)
• Are excellent at communication, objection handling & follow-ups
• Are disciplined, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Love the idea of earning commissions on top of your fixed salary

Compensation

• ₹20,000/month (Fixed)
• 10% Commission on First Month’s Billing for every client you close
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
