Sales Associate

Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sales of construction domain courses and revenue generation. Your role will also involve coordinating with mentors/faculty, arranging and managing seminars and webinars, as well as sales and business development of the co-working space. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting sales of construction domain courses and generating revenue - Coordinating with mentors/faculty and managing seminars and webinars - Sales and business development of the co-working space Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the Construction & Real Estate industry - Strong sales and business development skills - Willingness to work in 2 shifts: 7:30am-12pm and 4pm-8:30pm Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as paid time off, paid sick time, yearly bonus, and performance bonus. The job is full-time with a day-shift schedule. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages is preferred.
