Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end real estate sales for premium/luxury residential projects.
  • Generate leads through networking, brokers, channel partners & digital sources.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable project options.
  • Negotiate, close bookings, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients & investors.
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new launches.
  • Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and maintain data in CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations & developers for smooth documentation.
