Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Salesperson role based in Navi Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, presenting services to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, collection of dues. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and client relationship management
• Capability in Market Research and Analytical Thinking
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in using Excel and basic computer applications
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the logistics and transport industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
