Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and providing product presentations to customers. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales management, client relationship building, and lead generation
• Ability to conduct market research and present products effectively
• Experience in B2B sales and understanding of the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
