We are hiring for one of our multinational client for the role of Territory Sales Incharge based out at Gurgaon location. PFB the details:

Role: Territory Sales Incharge
Location: Gurgaon
Represents the Company in his territory and handles all channel partners with
evolved maturity
1) Regular visit to the dealers in the assigned territory
2) Creating Market Mapping of the area wise; city wise and state wise
3) Competition analysis (products & offers) including sell through data
4) Achieving Sales Targets in their respective region/territory.
5) Responsible for order booking & payment collection and C-forms, if any
6) Key Account Management / Relationship management
7) Imparting training to dealers (technical / functional)
8) Assuring customer satisfaction on QDS parameters (Quality,Delivery,Service)
9) Submitting Reports on weekly / monthly basis
10) Ensure in-shop and out-shop branding and POP material positioning in the market
11) Coordinating Marketing activities like dealer meets etc.
12) Arranges Sales- associated activities with complete honesty like incentive
verification n proofs; captures malpractices etc.
13) Maintains highest levels of integrity.
Required Skillset
1) About 3-4 years of sales experience in the similar capacity,prefarably
from auto accessory industry.
2) Good inter-personal and social skills
3) Self motivated and well organized with positive attitude
4) Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
5) Competitor's Information and Industry Analysis
6) Willingness to travel
