Role Overview: As a Sales Associate at Vamaship, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by acquiring new clients and building meaningful relationships with e-commerce businesses. You will help clients understand and benefit from our logistics solutions, playing a key role in their operational success and in Vamaship's expansion. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential customers, including online sellers, D2C brands, and e-commerce companies. Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send targeted emails, and engage with prospects on LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Present Vamaships services and value propositions clearly. Support clients through onboarding and establish long-term relationships. Sales Conversion: Track and follow up with leads diligently to move them through the sales funnel toward successful conversion. ¢ Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to continuously improve outreach strategies. ¢ Sales Collateral: Prepare and assist in creating proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for client meetings. ¢ CRM Management: Keep lead and interaction records updated in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and visibility for the team. ¢ Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align on campaigns, offers, and client feedback. Requirements: ¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ¢ Interest or experience in sales, logistics, or e-commerce business development. ¢ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). ¢ Goal-driven, self-starter with a proactive approach. ¢ Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
