Key Responsibilities 1. Endorsement & Partnership Management (EBU) Identify potential institutions, training providers, and universities for EBU program endorsement. Manage end-to-end endorsement processes, including proposal development, documentation, and compliance alignment. Serve as the primary liaison for all partners: onboarding, coordination, communication, and relationship management. Maintain an updated database of endorsed institutions and ensure timely renewals, fee coordination, and reporting. Assist in preparing academic alignment documents, program outlines, and service-level agreements. Monitor partner performance and ensure they meet EBUs academic and operational standards. 2. Corporate Training & CPD Program Marketing & Development Develop and execute a marketing strategy for EBUs corporate training, executive programs, and CPD-certified courses. Build partnerships with corporations, HR teams, L&D departments, and industry associations. Coordinate with internal academic units to design, refine, and update CPD programs based on market needs. Oversee creation of marketing materials, proposals, program brochures, and digital content. Track corporate enquiries, conversions, and revenue performance across key markets. Identify new opportunities for short courses, workshops, and blended/online corporate offerings. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication, partnership-building, and negotiation skills. Understanding of academic endorsement frameworks, accreditation standards, or higher-education operations (preferred). Experience in corporate training, B2B sales, CPD programs, or professional development sectors. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years of experience in academic partnerships, corporate training sales, L&D, or education management. Exposure to CPD certification processes or higher-education business development. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related fields.
