Sales Associate

As a Female Sales Associate (Field) in the EV manufacturing or automotive sector, your role will involve conducting field visits to meet clients, customers, and dealers. You will be responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicles or automotive products, understanding customer needs, and suggesting appropriate products or solutions. It will be crucial for you to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, provide regular market and customer feedback to the sales manager, and build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, as well as collaborating closely with the internal team for order processing and delivery, will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits to meet clients, customers, and dealers - Promote and sell electric vehicles or automotive products - Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets - Provide regular market and customer feedback to the sales manager - Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Work closely with the internal team for order processing and delivery Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the EV or automotive industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident - Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools - Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi languages If you are interested in this Full-time, Permanent position with a salary range of 12,000/- to 28,000/- and located in Kolkata, West Bengal, please contact hr@anantev.com or 8585007706 for further contract details.
