Job Description

Kingsmarque Developers Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in strategic land banking and real estate development, is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Associate with at least one year of experience in real estate or corporate sales. The role involves client engagement, property presentation, coordination with internal teams, and contributing to revenue growth through effective lead management and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients and investors interested in land acquisition and development opportunities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support the sales team in prospecting, client meetings, and site visits.
  • ⁠ ⁠Present Kingsmarque’s land banking models, project details, and investment propositions clearly and confidently.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools or Excel.
  • ⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing proposals, presentation materials, and investment briefs.
  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams for due diligence and closure formalities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow up with clients on discussions, documentation, and payments.
  • ⁠ ⁠Track market developments, competitor offerings, and pricing trends to provide inputs for sales strategies.
  • ⁠ ⁠Contribute to marketing and client engagement initiatives, including exhibitions, investor meets, and digital outreach campaigns.
  • ⁠ ⁠Deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, land transactions, or investment advisory.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently, handle multiple leads, and meet timelines and targets.
  • ⁠ ⁠Professional demeanor, team spirit, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,401.45 - ₹30,000.00 per month
