Sales Associate

As a Customer Service Representative for luxury timepieces, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining store display standards. Your role will also involve maintaining the sales process and ensuring excellent communication skills. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Promoting luxury timepieces to customers - Managing customer relationships through excellent sales service - Creating and maintaining a network of customers - Attending and supporting company events and activities - Playing an active role in ensuring the boutique achieves its targets - Maintaining housekeeping, operating, and customer service standards The working locations for this role include Calicut, Kochi, Trivandrum, and Kollam.
