Role Overview: As a Sales Associate at AccioJob, you will play a crucial role in refining the sales strategy by collaborating with the business development team. Your responsibilities will include counseling students on their career progression and upskilling requirements, crafting sales pitches, converting warmer leads, providing guidance and mentorship to students, and finalizing deals with them. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the business development team to refine the sales strategy. - Counsel students on their career progression and upskilling required. - Work on crafting the sales pitch and converting the warmer leads. - Interact with students to provide guidance, mentorship, and counseling. - Craft, negotiate, and finalize deals with students.
