About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic real estate sales team at Square Yards, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a natural flair for client engagement and deal closure. You’ll manage the full B2C sales cycle—from prospecting and lead follow-ups to property site visits and final closures.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Proactively connect with potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and online leads.

🏘️ Understand customer property requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions.

📅 Plan and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.

📲 Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely deal closures.

👥 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.

📋 Update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information regularly.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Real estate preferred).

✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving license – Mandatory.

✅ Laptop – Mandatory.

✅ Must be comfortable working from assigned locations.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

✅ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

✅ Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
