About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in engineering products and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will not only drive sales but also lead and mentor a sales team, managing the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the manufacturing and engineering products sector.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product feasibility and client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
• 2-3 years of sales experience in engineering products within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively.
• Strong understanding of the complete sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Exposure to B2B sales in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
