Job Title: Production Engineer Experience Required: 0–1 Years (Freshers Welcome) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Mode: Onsite Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Infrastructure Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The selected candidate will assist in managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall shop floor operations. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. ● Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. ● Support the implementation of production schedules and deadlines. ● Coordinate with design and quality control teams to resolve technical issues. ● Maintain production records and report on operational performance. ● Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. ● Assist in improving processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Requirements: ● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. ● 0–1 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment (internships or training considered). ● Basic understanding of fabrication processes, tools, and safety protocols. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Good communication and teamwork abilities. ● Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.
