Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to manage key accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, supporting clients with suitable solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for assigned regions and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through projects and solution offerings.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with technical teams, partners, and distributors to deliver effective proposals and customer solutions.
• Provide customers with suitable pricing and configuration options based on requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Finance).
• MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Prior sales experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
