Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate (female) to join our ANNY’s first physical store at Broadway. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and representing the ANNY Brand with professionalism and style. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers, delivering a warm and personalized shopping experience Promote new arrivals, ongoing offers, and brand highlights to maximize sales Ensure visual merchandising and store displays reflect ANNY’s brand aesthetics Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends and collections Manage stock levels and assist in inventory checks Build and retain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Support promotional events and new product launches within the store Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the strategy team Qualifications & Skills: Graduation, MBA preferred 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or fashion brands. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
