Role Description: To drive revenue growth by executing sales activities and managing client acquisition across mid and large enterprise organizations. This role involves securing client partnerships for our comprehensive Managed Learning Services (MLS) portfolio, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key functional and business leaders. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify, research, and qualify new prospects, focusing on mid and large organizations facing complex talent development and operational challenges. Execute defined sales plans and manage territory activities to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Manage the full sales cycle by presenting and qualifying pre-designed MLS solutions to functional leaders. Build and nurture professional relationships with key decision-makers across different business units to understand their unique training and vendor needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to accurately scope and submit proposals and manage client-side negotiations. Ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate sales forecasting, and CRM utilization to drive data-driven decision making. Capture and contribute basic market feedback from client conversations regarding enterprise service needs. Work cross-functionally with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment of proposed solutions and client needs. Skills: Strong familiarity with the MLS model and how it drives efficiency and addresses organizational complexity within large enterprises. Proven ability to present and articulate the value of complex B2B service portfolios to client managers and functional leads. Skilled in building and nurturing professional relationships and managing commercial discussions. Proficient user of CRM systems for day-to-day pipeline management and reporting. Demonstrated ability to manage negotiation phases and close high-value contracts. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with a focus on closing deals for complex services. Demonstrated success selling complex B2B services such as Project Augmentation, Managed IT Services, or Managed Learning Services.
