Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate located in Bhubaneswar,The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks include guiding customers through product selections, maintaining showroom appearance, managing sales transactions, and following up on leads. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction and support marketing initiatives to drive sales.

• Experience in understanding customer needs and providing product recommendations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of interior design and home décor trends
• Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry, is an advantage
