Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for working on-site in Chennai. The day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, understanding their healthcare needs, explaining our services, and converting leads to clients. The role involves maintaining client relationships, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Sales Associates will also be expected to meet sales targets, prepare sales reports, and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Engagement, and Relationship Management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Healthcare Services and Market Trends
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare or service industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
