Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Sales Associate at Jewelsamrat LLP. The Sales Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and demonstrating product knowledge to meet clients' needs. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, staying updated on industry trends, and supporting the team’s sales strategy to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and client acquisition
• Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Understanding of the jewellery industry, including market trends and product knowledge, is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure sales environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in B2B sales or in the jewellery industry is a plus but not mandatory
