Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Raipur. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their relocation needs, provide tailored service options, and assist with scheduling and coordination. Additional responsibilities include answering inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Organizational and time management skills to handle coordination and multi-tasking responsibilities effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer needs and concerns proactively. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not required. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to the team's success. Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
