The candidate would be in charge of managing construction solutions and serving as a one-stop shop for people/customers looking to build their dream homes. Roles & Responsibilities: Helping customers find products, providing information, and assisting with enquiries. Having a good understanding of the products or services provided to customers. Recommending additional products or services that complement the customers needs. Resolving customer complaints or issues and ensuring them. Monthly target achievement in terms of number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) target). Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly on boarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation. Enrich and maintain customer profile and update status in CRM. Assist customers through their credit application journey. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED: Background in the real estate and interior industries preferred. Engineer/MBA Strong communication & interpersonal skills Self-starter and driven Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language Must have : Driving license (2 wheeler): candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work Local language and familiarity of having worked in the respective main cities.
