As a Telesales Executive, youll play a key role in guiding customers towards the right investment, mutual fund, insurance and savings products. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain financial products in a clear and convincing manner. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing client inquiries with confidence and professionalism. Assess client need effectively and guide them in electing the most suitable financial products based on their requirements and eligibility. Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Follow up with clients via phone or email to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to optimize overall sales performance. Requirements: Proven track record in telesales, preferable within the finance industry or a similar domain. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. Demonstrated persuasive abilities and a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals. Sound knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Software and familiarity with telephone systems. Strong organization and time management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English Languages. Previous experience in telesales or a related role is advantageous. This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, confident and eager to build a rewarding career in the finance and stock broking industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients through fieldwork, referrals, event, social media, or cold calling, Explain the need and benefits of Demat & Trading accounts. Provide knowledge about stock market basics and investment tools. Assist client in KYC documentation and online onboarding. Ensure smooth digital or physical verification. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Ensure account activation and hand-holding support to clients. Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Promote mutual funds, SIPs, Insurance and Portfolio Services. Key Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree or a related field is preferred.
