SalesJet is a modern B2B sales development startup helping growth-stage businesses generate qualified sales meetings across the USA, Canada, and Europe. We blend the precision of AI with the emotional intelligence of human SDRs to book real conversations with decision-makers.

  • A B2B SaaS sales leader with 12+ years of international experience (USA, Europe, APAC).
  • An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, with a proven track record in building GTM strategies, closing multi-million-dollar deals, and scaling global SaaS businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Take charge of outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Represent SalesJet at industry exhibitions and networking events to meet decision-makers in person.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects.
  • Own sales KPIs → from meetings scheduled to pipeline contribution.
  • Actively contribute to sales strategy initiatives, including refining outreach playbooks and identifying new growth channels.
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape the GTM engine as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken + written English).
  • Hunger to learn, experiment, and grow in B2B sales.
  • Comfortable networking both online and offline (calls, LinkedIn, exhibitions, events).
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Freshers are welcome. Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

What We Offer

  • Salary: ₹20,000/month (fixed).
  • Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives for meetings booked and revenue generated.

  • Path to Partner Level: As one of the earliest sales hires, you’ll have a clear track to leadership or partner-level role as the business scales.
  • International exposure: Work with clients across USA, Canada, and Europe + represent SalesJet in exhibitions.

  • A front-row seat in building a startup from scratch, with real ownership of sales and strategy outcomes.
