Role Overview

We are seeking a Female Sales Associate with experience in selling digitalisation or IIoT solutions to join our SES Division. This role involves engaging with industrial customers, understanding their energy management and digital transformation needs, and promoting SES’s range of smart monitoring and compressed air solutions.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, technically aware, and able to confidently interact with decision-makers at industrial plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with B2B industrial customers across Tamil Nadu for digitalisation and IIoT solutions
• Conduct introductory presentations and product demonstrations for monitoring platforms, sensors, and energy solutions
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to design suitable solutions
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and achieve set sales targets
• Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling
• Coordinate proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and order closure with support teams
• Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and digital promotions as required

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 2–5 years of experience in selling Digitisation / IIoT / Industrial Automation / Energy Monitoring solutions
• Prior experience in B2B / industrial sales is essential
• Diploma / Graduate / B.E. in Instrumentation, Mechanical, EEE, E&I, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil
• Good understanding of digital platforms, sensor technologies, or industrial software is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Tamil Nadu

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
