The Systel Group is a growing industrial technology group headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, comprising:

• SEC – Pneumatics & Automation Retail
• SES – Compressed Air Management Solutions
• WiseAir Technologies – Smart IIoT Sensors & Digital Solutions

Across these businesses, we serve a large industrial B2B base in India and abroad. We are now expanding our in-house marketing and design team to strengthen our branding, product communication, and digital presence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative and Detail-Oriented Graphic Designer to work across all three companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean, modern design, and be able to translate technical and industrial content into visually compelling marketing materials.

You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to create assets for digital campaigns, product brochures, presentations, exhibitions, LinkedIn posts, and internal branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, product datasheets, exhibition panels, packaging, and advertisements
• Create digital content for social media, websites, emailers, and presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across SEC, SES, and WiseAir visual assets
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert technical content into clean visuals and infographics
• Work on event branding and booth designs for expos and trade fairs
• Adapt designs to multiple formats such as print, web, and social media
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand storytelling across platforms

Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and technical design work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with B2B or industrial marketing is a strong plus
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are a bonus
• Excellent communication skills in English; Tamil proficiency is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill)
