Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic Sales Engineers (2–5 years experience) to join our teams at Coimbatore, Chennai, and Hosur.

You will be responsible for selling high-technical industrial solutions — ranging from pneumatic components, to energy management solutions, to IIoT instrumentation — to B2B customers across Tamil Nadu.

Ideal candidates are those who enjoy field sales, understand industrial environments, and can combine technical knowledge with consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B industrial accounts across Tamil Nadu
• Generate new business through cold calls, plant visits, and follow-ups
• Conduct technical product demos / presentations for pneumatic, compressed air, or IIoT products
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide feedback and market intelligence to internal teams
• Travel extensively as required for customer development

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in selling industrial products (e.g., pneumatics, compressors, valves, energy systems, or instrumentation)
• Proven experience in B2B industrial sales in Tamil Nadu
• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related discipline
• Fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus for Hosur)
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (based on experience)
