Experience :-

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Complete Order Life Cycle:

   From handling customer inquiries, processing orders, to ensuring timely delivery, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle.

2. Handle Portal Inquiries:

   Respond promptly to inquiries from various sales portals, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer questions.

3. Customer Support:

   Resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, and order status via email, phone, and chat.

4. Lead Generation:

   Identify new sales opportunities through research, cold calls, and networking.

5. Follow-Up & Client Retention:

   Maintain relationships with existing clients through follow-up communication and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

6. Report Generation:

   Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to update management on progress and insights.

7. Cross-Department Collaboration:

   Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer service.

8. Team Management:

   Oversee and develop the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-achieving, collaborative culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with advance excel knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, including client management and order processing.
• Familiarity with online sales portals like Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed sales targets.
