Role Description

Sales Associate

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Offering relevant product recommendations
• Managing day-to-day sales operations and transactions
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Reaching out to new prospects, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets
• Assisting with basic inventory management and team coordination

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Basic knowledge of Excel and sales reporting
• Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role (1–2 years preferred)
• Team-handling capabilities are a plus
• Self-motivated with a passion for targets and performance
• Graduate from any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
